I am a multidisciplinary artist whose performances incorporate my work with print media, papermaking, installation, and book arts as I wear and/or interact with my art pieces as space and installation. My one-person spoken word performances draw on Chinese-American personal lived immigrant family experiences and my investigations into the history of stereotyping and forgotten histories such as the early 19th-century Chinese immigrants and women in world art history.
